Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 35 & under (as of December 31, 2026)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in art or a curatorial certification
- Experience: Two instances of published journalistic writing on art, curatorial texts, or visual-arts projects

Meet the fellowship recipients.
Anoushka Sanjiv Rabha
A curator, researcher, and communications strategist whose practice explores the relationship between culture, memory, and the ways communities make meaning of the worlds they inhabit. Working across contemporary art, public space, and interdisciplinary research, she is interested in how artistic and cultural practices shape lived experience, collective memory, heritage, and the evolving identities of places.
Her work brings together curatorial research, writing, and strategic communications to develop projects that foreground local knowledge systems, everyday narratives, and the cultural histories embedded within the built environment. She approaches art as a form of inquiry as much as a mode of expression — one that offers insight into how societies remember, adapt, and imagine futures across changing social and cultural landscapes.
Her current interests include arts-based peacebuilding, heritage diplomacy, urban cultures, and the intersections of ecology, material culture, and community-led forms of knowledge in the Global South.
